Meet the Captain

Captain Colter and his family made Homer home five years ago, but his connection to the water began long before that. Growing up in Washington, life revolved around the ocean and boats of every kind. With extensive experience designing, building, and captaining vessels, he brings both skill and confidence to every trip across Kachemak Bay.

Colter's favorite part of the job is sharing Alaska with others. Whether you're visiting for the first time or returning for another adventure, he loves helping guests create unforgettable memories and encourages everyone to get out and experience the incredible beauty of Kachemak Bay.
